1. What BidLens is

BidLens is a mobile app and web service for home-service professionals

("Pros", "you"). It helps you turn photos and notes of a job into a draft

estimate, edit it, send it to your customer as a web link or PDF, collect your

customer's electronic acceptance and signature, create invoices and send payment

reminders.

BidLens is a tool. We are not a contractor, a party to any contract between

you and your customers, a payment processor, or a provider of legal, tax,

licensing or pricing advice.

2. Eligibility and account

They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for a specific job.

4. Your customers' acceptance and electronic signatures

5. Your customers' data and your photos

us a licence to host, process, display and transmit it solely to provide the

service to you. We do not use your photos or your customers' data for

advertising, and we do not use them to train AI models.

6. Subscriptions, free trial, cancellation

Store or Google Play: Weekly $6.99/week after a 3-day free trial, or

Annual $49.99/year. Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary by country, and

are shown in the app before you subscribe. Taxes may be added by the store.

unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of

the free trial). You can manage or cancel it in your device's subscription

settings (iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store →

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use BidLens for anything illegal, fraudulent or deceptive;

upload content you have no right to use; try to reverse-engineer, scrape or

overload the service; impersonate someone else; or use the service to harass,

spam or threaten anyone.

8. Our intellectual property

The BidLens app, name, logo, designs, software and AI prompts are ours or our

licensors'. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the

app for your business. Apple's and Google's standard EULA terms for app store

software also apply where required.

9. Availability, changes, termination

We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend or terminate accounts

that violate these Terms. We will try to give reasonable notice of material

changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Your

content remains exportable (PDFs) for 90 days after deletion is requested.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY

KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ESTIMATES, PRICES, QUANTITIES OR SIGNED DOCUMENTS ARE

ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR LEGALLY SUFFICIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE

AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR

INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST JOBS, UNDERPRICED

WORK OR UNPAID INVOICES). Some states do not allow these limitations; in that

case they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims by your customers or third

parties arising from your estimates, your work, your use of their data or your

breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

[To be decided with a lawyer: governing law (e.g. State of Delaware or France),

venue, and whether to include arbitration / class-action waiver. Keep consumer-

protection carve-outs.]
